" Middle Caicos Cafe has the best food hands down that we have had on the island so far. First, the fish portion of the fish and chips was so delightfully light and tasty that I am pretty sure we could have eaten 5lbs of the stuff. The baked chicken with mac &  cheese had to be one of the best dishes that I have ever eaten in my life. The chicken was the fall off the bone type but it was marinated in what I am guessing is some secret concoction of caribbean herbs and spices as it was ridiculously mouth watering. Lastly, the mac & cheese was from another world, I do not even have a description for this as I felt like I had been taken to another planet and served this dish as the last thing I would ever eat before returning to earth. It had a hint of bacon with jalepeno peppers mixed in that melted in your mouth each time you took a bite."
